Lucoa is so big-breasted that her milk would be more potent. As such Kobayashi looks dumb and goofy. Filling her diapers as she’s cuddled close, milk all down her chin. Shes become a limp happy silly baby not putting up a fight. The milk has went right to her brain and down into her diapers, which are fuller than in the previous pic. She’s smooshing at the butt of her diaper with her hand, feeling it with a a happy contentment at the mess, all “Mmm~”.

Like Lucoa has stepped in to teach Kobayashi a lesson. Lucoa is looking down sternly at her, an unimpressed expression, as though warning Kobayashi to listen to her Mommy Tohru next time. "Behave."

Since it’s a sketch I wanna utalize my third character, maybe a mini-frame of Tohru taking notes, lil clipboard and pencil, blushing over the cuteness she’s witnessing.

For this cycle I got a simple one this time. I would like a single character colored piece of Hope Stellar from Mega Mega Starforce.

The scenario of this picture is that Hope is carrying a large pot (that is hot and she's wearing oven mitts. She is diapered but it's messy and a bit noticeable under her pants.

She is thinking to herself: "Hope I can get dinner ready and a change before the boys get back."

For this cycle I would want to request 2 OC (Me and a friend)
It will be in a haunted house with my character holding the arm of her friend (while she holds a flashlight in her other hand)

If that is possible to modify certain things, instead of shirts it would be Onesie with the pattern on the shirts, the two Onesie would be open for letting appear they two sagging and full diaper (if that is possible too to change the pattern on my friend diaper for bat or a style like that~)

My character will have scared expressions while the chara of my friend would be with a more confident look while leading the way. I was thinking of not including the pacifier that is on the pic. I always love the expression you give on the sketch! >w<

For this cycle, I'm going with my two OCs: Dehla (red hair) and her mother (blue hair). Just to say, they’re aliens.
Mother is walking in front of her while pulling Dehla's ear, and so the daughter is being dragged behind her.
Mother walk with maturity and gracefully, see the ref to get a better idea, and is looking in front of her. Her expression is neutral since she's familiar with that kind of scenario, it's not the first time.
Dehla is having a big tantrum like a child, shaking angrily her arms and stomping a foot. She's acting way more immature compared to her mother.
The dialogues are mother: "Trying to steal my ship again? I guess I'll have to put you down for a nap, then." Then Dehla shouting: "No! I don't want to sleep! I want to go to space!"

I have been reading a lot of lovecraft recently, so for this cycle i would like my oc Livia wearing just a plain white tshirt and diaper as she stands with her legs slightly apart, maybe knees pointing slightly inwards as she leans a tad forward, looking down at the state of her messy diaper with a confused and almost defeated face as she clutches a book in both her arms over her chest, the necronomicon (the lovecraft version, not the more modern pop culture version), and she says something like "I was told this book could drive me mad, not make me incontinent..."

For this cycle, I'd like another "1-Character Monochrome" sketch. 

It is actually a sequel to the HSR sketch you did last cycle, which I'll link below in this comment for convenience and context. Just like last time, it is split into 2 panels, which are the during and after hypnosis regression parts.

The character is Himeko from Honkai: Star Rail.

PANEL 1: A full-body back view shot of Himeko standing up while slightly hunched over with her butt pointed towards the camera. You do see the side of Himeko's face looking to the side. Himeko's eyes are dull and "pink" (for hypnotic color), drool dribbling from her open mouth in a derpy expression. Using the reference below, you MUST remove the coat she has so we can see the toga she's about to soil. Speaking of, you must draw the seat of Himeko's toga to be HEAVILY soiled. Like, really display the back of her legwear being messed to the limit, getting very brown and mushy where pee and poo start dribbling down her toga and discoloring it brown and yellow. She is also letting out a huge shart SFX, alongside the regular messing SFX. The idea is that Himeko does not hold back at all, pooping her legwear until they get all ruined. Add a light hypnotic effect to the panel to give the idea Himeko is currently being regressed. Don't forget to add in stink lines for her pants.

PANEL 2: A full-body view shot from an even level showing Himeko sitting in her VERY full diaper while playing with a toy train. Himeko's eyes are still dull. She is still drooling, though her expression is now excited, and imitating the sound of a train. Himeko is nude except for her diaper, which has similar print patterns to her actual outfit. Her diaper is heavily used, leaking a lot of visible pee and poo from the openings. Again, the idea is Himeko poos a lot, so her diaper is almost like a bean bag she is sitting in, so it should be big enough that her legs are spread out. Himeko is holding up the train in the air, and is moving it in the air like a plane. Make her a lot fatter (ie. belly, face, breasts) compared to the previous HSR sketch linked above. Effects to include are stink lines and Himeko making train noises.

For this/the next cycle (Whichever is the appropriate way to put it since you posted my last request today) I would like to redeem the three character monochrome sketch consisting of a single image of Outis, Ishmael, and Ryoshu from Limbus Company dressed in infantile outfits and diapers. Exact details of these outfits I leave to you for Outis and Ishmael, my only request being that they are infantile and embarrassingly frilly, but for Ryoshu I have a specific reference image attached. Additionally I request that the symbol of The Middle be present in at least one way on each girl’s outfit (Reference attached as well) it doesn’t have to be big or prominent but it should be there. Both Outis and Ishmael are embarrassed by their outfits and struggle with them, but Ryoshu is unbothered and unimpressed sucking on a pacifier.

Hello!!! I apologize if I don’t do the best at laying things out, this is my first time requesting a sketch!!

For this cycle, I’d like a 1-Character Monochrome” sketch.

The character is Huohuo fron Honkai: Star Rail. She will be wearing an alternate outfit from her main one— That being pajamas.

Panel 1:
-A full body shot of a side view of her lying in bed, under her covers. She has a noticeable outline of her poofy diaper underneath the sheets, but not a large one.
-She is lying mostly on her stomach, but slightly on her side. Her body is facing the viewer.
-She mostly asleep, except she is notably uncomfortable. Her tummy is making some gurgling noises. There are SFX/FX for her stomach gurgling.
-A few small farts escape her padded rear as she’s trying to fight the urge to load her pampers in her sleep. Fart SFX/FX are also included, please.
-Her eyes are closed, but her expression seems pensive and slightly strained.

Panel 2:
-The shot is continued, and Huohuo is now explosively messing her diaper under her sheets. The outline of her progressively loaded diaper is very obvious, and not subtle at all. Messing and fart SFX are also included. Frequently stink lines SFX/FX should be included for her used diaper. 
-The load is barely, very slightly lumpy, and is overall very large. NOT to the point of beanbag chair size, but certainly an abnormally large load. Semi-realistic hyper.
-Huohuo was holding her pillow before, but she is now clutching it tightly, and her expression is still strained yet appears somewhat relieved. A small, pleased sigh of relief escapes her lips.
-Due to the strain, she is shaking a small bit. This does not need to be heavily emphasized, just very subtly.
